Hello! I’m Nisha - an architect turned UXer with 6+ years of experience, and I’m passionate about creating intuitive, user-friendly experiences that leave a lasting impact on people’s lives. I love designing products that blend a systematic approach to problem solving with the diverse perspectives I’ve gained from working across both tech companies and architecture firms.
Across roles at Axon, BloomED, and HCIIN, I’ve collaborated with engineers, PMs, and researchers to shape products end‑to‑end, from early discovery and messy whiteboards to polished interactions and design systems. I care a lot about the details - clear states, thoughtful copy, accessible patterns - but also about how teams work together, so I’m often the one setting up critiques or nudging everyone toward shared standards.
Outside of work, I’m usually chasing the sound of waves 🌊, hiking new trails 🥾, trying new food spots, cooking 🥗 or stopping to pet every friendly dog 🐶 I meet. Those small, joyful moments keep me curious and grounded, and they quietly shape the kind of experiences I want my work to create for other people.
